The other day I received photos and testimonials from the organizers of the 5th Annual Teens Turning Green National Summit. ecojot proudly provided notebooks to all the attendees to jot down all the awesome green ideas being exchanged and discussed! Just thought I'd do a quick post... To greet you all a Happy Labour Day! Here's hoping that you're having a wonderful long weekend!

I sure am :) The weather, albeit a bit chilly at night has been sunny and delightful. A perfect clear day yesteday to watch the Air Show. I didn't go to the EX, but instead went to the pier across from the Toronto Island Airport to catch a free glimpse of the summer ending Air Show...

Whenever the EX comes to end, it feels like the end of the summer to me. I am hoping however that like last autumn, we have a nice sunny end of summer, beginning of autumn... Especially with the weather we had this summer!

Also, a quick shout out to DesignerJots, who's birthday it is today! Happy Birthday Carolyn :)

As Carolyn says on her blog, "It was all kinds of weather on Saturday." Thankfully no rain, but at times lots of wind.

It was great introducing Ecojot to new people, and meeting fellow Ecojot fans! Two more events coming up... One in Guelph on Saturday, September 12 and again Toronto, in The Annex on Saturday, September 19. So save the dates, and remember to stop by ;)

Those dates happen to be in between TIFF, which I am getting excited about! I dropped off my 1st and 2nd choice requests off at the Box Office this morning.

Am off to do some grocery shopping... Happy Monday / Last Day of August! I will be picking out a winner of my End-of-August/ Back-to-School Giveaway tomorrow, so stay tuned, and be sure to enter if you haven't yet already.

Ecojot Outer Layer Event in Toronto on Saturday... Come say hello!

Come see me and Ecojot DesignerJots Carolyn Gavin tomorrow at Outer Layer at 577 Queen Street West in Toronto for our first ever Ecojot Customer Appreciation Event!

I'll be there from 12:30pm to 4pm. I am keeping my fingers cross that the weather will cooperate!

There'll be refreshments (bring your own drink bottle/cup to be extra green) and buttons! Outer Layer is holding a store-wide sale and Ecojot will be giving a $1 off all Ecojot purchases above $10! So like must people I am on Facebook as frequently as I am logged on to my email... There is something about longing to know about the latest about my friends, their posts, etc. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised to find this new YouTube fave from my Friend Sarah in Nova Scotia...

Want some Ecojot Flair? Comment 'n WIN!

Inspired by the Facebook app "Pieces of Flair" and by a birthday party I attended not too long ago where they had a table to make your own buttons... I successfully managed to convince Ecojot to make their very own little buttons! Yet not to sell, but to giveaway...! To fellow Ecojot fans of course! Especially at the various events we get invited to ;)

So when I arrived at Ecojot Headquarters this morning, I was super excited to discover that all six lovely designs by DesignerJots Carolyn Gavin were delivered the other day...

A little smaller than I'd originally thought they'd be (but that's okay because this is just the first batch!) THEY STILL LOOK OH SO COLOURFULLY DELICIOUS... In fact, I just had to FLAIR up the new backpack I got for my birthday on the spot!

So being the occasional 0;) Miss Perfectionist that I am, I am frequently ridden with guilt when I don't get a proper post in on a regular, daily basis 0:,( As has clearly happened this week...

Yet a many of you still come and visit my blog anyway, and I can't thank you enough for your presence. But just for good measure... THANK YOU AGAIN!!! Therefore perhaps just as you have accepted me as I am... The consistently irregular ecoLoving blogger, I need to too ;D

While I still have dreams of going 100% Freelance (you know... not needing that dreaded day job and all), until that day arrives and I'll just continue blogging as often as I can 0;D
